People tend to use the tradesman because they want it done right and even if they could do it themselves, it’s not worth their time. It’s no different from using NTHA Trainees and Apprentices. The weekly payroll, PAYG tax liability, super, pay slips, Award monitoring, insurances, liabilities, Training fees, STP Compliance and Year-end income tax statements, etc. – you want it done right, and even if you think you can do all that, can you spare the time?

NTHA Trainees and Apprentices is a true not-for-profit company that was established to serve the community. The Board & Management of NTHA Trainees and Apprentices are committed to the company providing a cost-effective service. NTHA Trainees and Apprentices clients receive a weekly invoice that is based on an hourly charge rate.
NTHA Trainees and Apprentices clients are only charged for the time the NTHA Trainees and Apprentices are on the job or at Training. There is no charge for when they are on leave, however, they are still paid by NTHA Trainees and Apprentices.
