  • Emergency and Evacuation Preparedness Involves planning and implementing measures to effectively respond to and manage unexpected emergencies to minimize harm and ensure safety, evacuation procedures and emergency point known by all staff.
  • Toolbox meetings Importance of consulting and communicating with your team & abiding by workplace safety policies and procedures
  • Incident Reporting and Investigation as required by regulators, involves promptly documenting and analysing workplace incidents to identify causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future re-occurrences.
