NTHA is a leading not-for-profit trade association, with Australia’s best construction and trade businesses among our members. Our mission is to place driven and motivated individuals looking for a start in the industry into positions within our member’s businesses.

If you've chosen to be an NTHA Traineeship or Apprenticeship:

  • We will help you make a smooth transition from school, unemployment, or other employment to the workforce – we will be with you every step of the way.

  • We work closely with training partners across Australia and will help you with your training plan.

  • We have higher completion rates and we will encourage you to finish your chosen qualification.

  • During your apprenticeship, we give you all the support you need including mentoring and training.
