MHFA Session (Hybrid Virtual) : NOTE: 5 - 7 hours of self-paced learning prior to consecutive 2 days = 2 x 2.5 hour Virtual Classroom sessions conducted 15th 9-11:30am & 16th April 9-11:30am.

1. Is this course certified?
Yes, upon completion of your online test you receive 3-year certificate endorsed and certified by Mental Health First Aid Australia.
2. Will I receive any resources to reference?
Yes, all resources and support are provided with this course to set you up for success (our aim is 100% successful completion)
3. What do I have to do to maintain accreditation?
A short online refresher course generally ½ day completed before your 3 years ends (eg at 30 months) this then extends your certificate for a further 3 years (a reduced fee is charged).
4. Do I have to complete my self-paced learning prior to the virtual classes?
Yes it helps your learning and to achieve your accreditation
5. What happens if I get stuck?
There is a great mentor/trainer who will assist answer any questions to support your successful learning journey.
