The Emerging Program aims to support the future leaders of our industry by mentoring

and guiding them through the many career pathways the industry offers.

Our Emerging Leaders have gone on to become store managers, take on the family

business and are still working on achieving their ultimate goals in the industry.

 

 

Each of the leaders will complete their Cert IV Leadership and Management which has generously been sponsored by NTHA Training. 

“The Board of NTHA feel it a privilege to invest in this program. This group are the future of our industry and we want to assist them in being the best leaders they can be.” NTHA Co-Chair, Paul Stewart commented.

The Emerging Leaders also spend some time in the field looking at other stores, warehouses and manufacturing plants.

The leaders are also aligned with a mentor throughout their Cert IV and hopefully continue throughout their career.

The feedback from both emerging leaders and their employers has been overwhelmingly positive.
