The National Timber & Hardware Association (NTHA) is proud to represent over 700 members across Australia from the timber, hardware, and building materials industries. The Association was created after the successful merger of the Timber and Building Materials Association (TABMA) and Hardware Australia in March 2023.

NTHA will lead the way for a stronger Association, unifying the voice of the industry to achieve goals and objectives on behalf of the wider membership group.

It is an opportunity to come together to build a stronger future with a greater ability to advocate for member needs with key stakeholders, in particular government.

Although NTHA is a newly merged organisation, its roots are founded in 80 years of experience supporting members. The Association is focused on:

  • Developing careers and pathways
  • Building the workforce
  • Keeping people safe
  • Serving and strengthening the industry
  • Advocating for change

The team behind NTHA remains the same dedicated team that has been serving members for many years and have a great understanding of the industry.
